Established in 1999, Kaiyu Limited is the leading supplier of natural flake graphite in China. Our plant is located in Shandong province China, where is very famous of flake graphite ores. At present our company has 128 employees and 15 professional engineers.

By advanced grinding, floating, chemical purifying technologies, we produce all kinds of natural flake graphite, including spherical graphite, expandable graphite, micronized graphite and highly purified graphite. We developed Spherical Graphite, which shape is like potato. This grade graphite has very high tap density and low specific surface area. It is used as negative raw materials for Li-ion secondary battery. We are good at controlling the content of trace elements (Fe, Cu, Mo, S), which makes our AKB Graphite to be used as conductive additive in Alkaline battery. Our production capacity of Expandable Graphite is up to 1000mt per year, and it can be used as sealing materials and intumescent flame retardant. Using unique grinding technology, we manufacture Micronized Graphite, and the finest particle size is 1. 5 microns. We are also able to supply Graphite Flakes with all grades of mesh.
